Let’s start with social media. Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest are the best platforms for the party planning sector. Not only do they help with your brand awareness, it is also the place where most of your clients are. Are you already active on social media for business? Then it doesn’t hurt to set new goals and become even more visible. You can easily create original content for each platform in Canva (my number one life saver!). Tips, ideas and trends always do well and generate new followers. You can create a social media calendar so you always have something to post. Focus on new ways to increase your profits

Asking the right prices for your services, ensuring that customers pay on time and running your party business is more important than ever. Our sector has been hit by covid-19, and I mean hit HARD. If you want to make more profit, you have to look at a number of things. How is your financial situation, how much profit did you make last year and what do you want to earn this year? Look at your customers, how many bookings you had and which services are most popular. Evaluate your party business and be critical of what is going well and where you should improve.

Increase customer satisfaction

This is a big one! Parties are super personal. What the customer wants is leading and therefore every booking is different. That is what makes our work so much fun. But one thing every customer gets no matter what is your excellent customer service. You can be the best party queen in your country, but if your service is bad clients will not return. If you want to grow your business, make sure you ask your clients for feedback. You can use the review section on your website or socials.

Set serious goals to keep your customers happy and make a list to improve your service. What you ultimately want is for customers to book their parties with you time and time again.
